We had an issue caused by Expedia, but the hotel team was able to resolve it quickly, especially after Expedia customer service was not helpful at all. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and the room layout wasn’t very practical for a family traveling with a young child. Overall, a good stay thanks to the staff and location, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and family-friendly design."
