Rooms are small, old and desperately in need of renovation as well as are the public areas and F&B outlets. International hotel companies will have endless standards and policies & procedures as well as detailed audits by their HQ and mystery guest audits etc - hard to believe not deflagged from the network. Then surprised to see the actual hotel GM is also the MO Area VP Ops for China."
