I love the style of the hotel and we even got an upgrade. I think staff try to be helpful but it didn’t quite hit the spot. It was summer and the air conditioning is not as consistent as we would like so sleep wasn’t so good. Room style was great. Love the garden area. The visit was just sickly hot for us so affected our experience. Breakfast was complementary, not sure if it’s due to the upgrade and we enjoyed the breakfast- had a variety of healthy and normal options. We will probably stay again if we come to Shanghai but not in summer next time.

One of the worst stay in my hotel experience. Hotel and amenities are fine and nice but hotel refused to turn on AC while the rooms are scorching hot, humid and stuffy. I get it, its april and still cool outdoor but indoor is a separate story. I was waking up covered in sweat, drenched and yet they still refuse to turn on the AC. Their reasoning is that they would have tovturn on the central AC and would be the entire floor, not just my room, which doesnt make sense to me. Other guests can choose to turn off if it is cold. Would not choose this hotel again as there are plenty quality hotels available in shanghai

施設が古く、部屋の設備不具合が3箇所もあり、部屋を交換して貰いました。朝食は、残飯みたいな感じで、補充もかなり遅く、仕方なく残り物を食べました。 IHG系のホテルで期待したのですが、残念です。立地は良く、静かな環境ですが、値段の割にサービス、客室は3星クラスです。

綺麗なホテルで室内も広く良いホテルです。アメニティも揃っていました。フロントは日本語は通じないので通訳アプリで対応した。朝食はバラエティー豊かです。エアコンが壊れていたので、寒い思いをした。喫煙エリアはホテル内にはありませんので外に行きました。

Enjoyed our stay at the HUALUXE mainly due to the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit dated and a bit dusty in some corners, but overall not too bad. Location was great, easy to walk into the central area with lots of restaurant choices!

Hotel facility is slightly old but clean and comfortable, a quiet spacious oasis. When I stayed there in Feb. 2025, their price was a good deal. I highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, convenient place to stay. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, this hotel is a little far from the Bund.

10分滿分，我給9.9！

和家人在復活節期間到上海旅遊，首三天就住在這間酒店。因為工作太繁忙的關係，竟然約訂了日子也不知道，幸好店家也很幫忙處理，也酌情豁免了罰金。酒店坐落於行山路地鐵站旁，走3分鐘就到， 10分方便。周遭都是比較寧靜的街道，有很多外國餐廳。不過附近也有一間社區飯堂，喜歡道地食品的可以過去試試，又便宜又好吃！房間十分寬闊，當然有一點歲月的痕跡，但是保養還算不錯。酒店沒有什麼兒童設施，但有一個十分不錯的恆溫泳池和健身室，我們悠閒地在那兒渡過了一個上午❤️ 往外灘也不算太遠，搭地鐵的話半小時到達人民廣場，再慢慢走過去。這間酒店我高度推薦，如果唯一要挑剔的話就是電視的畫面有點問題，可是去旅遊的話，應該多往外走走，而不是待在房間看電視呢！
