Clean room but cold reception area and difficult to view signage at night to check if arrived at correct location .The hotel however was very clean , comfortable and very near local eateries . Convenient bank ATM machine nearby and also HOHO bus stop. Nanjing Road and Food hall a short walk away . Breakfast was varied and a superb selection. Room service was limited but very good too

Stayed during March 2026. Hotel is still on heater mode and could get quite warm on some days. Hotel is located between People’s Square and Nanjing Road East station. A 2 mins walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Shopping Street. Hotel has laundry facilities on 5th floor which is complimentary for guests. The design of the room is quite strange. As the shower area is small, you have the leave your clothes outside when you shower. Not convenient if you are shy with putting on clothes in front of your room mate.

The hotel is very well positioned just across the Nanjing Road and the staff is well trained to help with all your needs. The breakfast was very good, they were varying it all the time and well supplied until the late breakfast hour.
