" The hotel environment is absolutely extraordinary! Staff are nice and warm. The 2 included meals are delicious. The location is not at a convenient spot however there are shuttle services. If there is any imperfection, I would say the breakfast cafe seems a bit too crowded. I mean, the table arrangement is quite busy "

"The hotel has nice facilities, on a quiet lake front road. Everything was going smoothly. Only one thing to complain, there are a few tour groups. These groups were kind of noisy in the dining hall. It would be nice if the dining hall can be divided for those groups to be in their group rooms."

"Very comfortable extra large bed. It was a bit challenging to get the air conditioning to get a steady temperature so needed to adjust frequently. The lunch buffet was just okay and overpriced. But there are LOTS of food options and a supermarket just 2 minutes away. The hotel is literally just a few minutes from the train station. Our corner room was on the opposite side from the station and was really quiet."

"Great place to stay in Mount Fuji area. Our room was 302 with direct views to Mount Fuji. The room was huge with 3 beds an bathroom but no wardrobe. The place has amazing public baths with indoor and outdoor areas. Staff are really kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on site but didn’t try it. Didn’t have breakfast included either son can’t comment. There is plenty of car spaces. There is a Daison next door, couple conbinis and restaurants nearby. Great location to explote the area. We had a car so cannot comment on public buses service. Absolutely recommendable, will stay again if I ever go back."

"Love every single thing about this hotel. The place is very close to the station, gives free access to the park and hot spring, and have really beautiful place for breakfast facing mount fuji. "Right next to the FujiQ Highland station and park. Great view of Mt. Fuji from the open air bath. Such a unique and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back again. "

"Stayed here to get great views and easy access to the Mt. Fuji area, while also getting a traditional Japanese Ryokan experience and it did not disappoint! The property and rooms were very clean and well kept. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a very convenient shuttle that goes to the main local train station (Kawaguchiko station) which was super useful (you just have to note the times, because it doesn't run the whole day). Even without the shuttle, it's easy to walk to nearest train station. Breakfast and dinner are included if you choose and they both were traditional Japanese meals, and everything was absolutely delicious! They also have a public and private bath house- we paid a little extra to use the private bath and it was great, its all natural water from Mt. Fuji and during the day you get a great view of Mt. Fuji from the onsen. The view from the rooftop gives an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji and the property sits on Lake Kawaguchiko, so it's a few minute walk to get to the lake (we were there in the late afternoon and it was very peaceful with not many people). All in all we had an amazing experience at this Ryokan, would highly recommend if you're looking for peace, quiet and a traditional Japanese experience. "
