Perfect location as the hotel is situated beside the Fujinomiya Station and walking distance from the major shrines and dining options. Beautiful view of Mount Fuji.

The rooms can be a bit small and odd format (toilet on one end, sink and shower on the other end of the room). However everything else makes up for it. Friendly staff, great breakfast, available parking for ¥500 or ¥600 a day. Great views of Fuji from the room. Right next door to the train station making it convenient if you’re coming by rail. Old school key for doors - could use an upgrade! :)

The breakfast choices were to suit many nationalities, if you’re looking for a full English or continental then you may be disappointed but it is sufficient to start your day and the food was fresh and all fresh food was individually wrapped also don’t forget it is a free breakfast!! The staff are very helpful and polite, the rooms are compact but have the necessary facilities. Location for walking and public transport is excellent.

I like the renovated rooms. The unrenovated rooms were cumbersome and moldy. The breakfast was not appetizing. The sheets were dirty the first night. The staff was friendly and tolerated us. The area is close to local delicious dining.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the train station, making it easily accessible. It is within walking distance of the Mt. Fuji Museum and a nearby temple. Additionally, there are many other temples in the area to explore.

Room was clean and staff was helpful but it doesn't say on the booking site that there is a curfew at 11pm to return to your room. Also they have physical keys that you must turn in every time you leave the property. The hotel smelled old like my grandmothers house and the bathroom was outdated and smelled of mildew although I didn't see any. Over all I can't recommend this place to anyone, nor will I be staying there again.

Great amenities for the money

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station and bus terminal. The bathrooms aren’t the most comfortable on the world and you still need a physical key so you ah e to carry that around but the hotel does offer free breakfasts which was great and they clean the rooms every day! I’d stay there again
