"Love this hotel, very very good view of Mt Fuji (from balcony, as well as common area next to breakfast place)! the breakfast was AWESOME! Overall vibe is very chill kind + it is on hill top! awesome! didnt get to try onsen, did most of my relaxation in hotel bathtub. Heard that the reviews for natural onsen (indoor and outdoor) are superb here!!!! Will try the onsen the next time round. Location wise right next to the lake, did a easy walk around ◡̈ cheers! "

"Beautiful location, very comfortable, excellent service and good food. The room, facilities and grounds are beautiful. It is a little remote so a car or fairly pricey taxis are needed as busses tend to be a bit slow and complicated to get anywhere. We wished we had staid longer."

There's a mini store offering snacks and souvenirs at the lobby, which was convenient for us to buy something to eat at this quiet area. The room is very spacious with a side view of the Mount Fuji, breakfast is fine, checkout process was smooth. Overall it's a great hotel for staying in this area."
