"I was unable to lock the doors in a way to make the room secure. No chain or locking mechanism at the top of the door. The regular bolt & “dead bolt” couldn’t secure it because the door frame was compromised. Someone apparently had broken in the door and they had “attempted “ to fix it but just wobbled. I literally could have pull hard from the inside or pushed from the outside & it would have broken away. Anyone could have busted into our room even though we locked the door. I pushed a heavy table with a quartz top over & wedged it into place so no one would have been able to break in. Rooms were difficult to come by because of all the activities that were going on, or I would have never stayed there. The gal at the front desk at checking was kind and helpful, I appreciated her helpful nature. Sadly they really need to put some serious money into renovating the motel, or demolish it & rebuild."

"Pool and hot tub not open yet, restaurant was only open eves a few times a week. Laundry service listed doesnt exist. Loud fan in room for ac to work. Throw up in main stair well there for days. Mini fridge worked very well."

"It would have been useful to have poop bags in dog potty area, it was empty so people weren't picking up after their dogs. I was there 3 nights and they never checked to see if I needed clean towels or if my room needed freshening up. Other than that the room was very clean with comfortable beds with large pillows! Great breakfast options."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash. The mattress is only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on a hard floor. The sheets are the cheapest, roughest polyester sheets I've ever seen. I have eczema, so I got to sleep in my clothes to avoid my skin contacting these awful sheets as much as possible. Between that and the back killing mattress, I'm leaving this review instead of getting the sleep I really need right now. I'd have been unsatisfied with this room at half the price, but considering what we paid to stay here, it's truly egregious. I'll never stay at a Best Western again."

"The hotel was very clean. It had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby was nice to have access to as well. If in the area again, we will stay here."

"We had to find a alternate route to get to the hotel. Main road was blocked for construction. Would have been nice to have warning. Showers are extremely loud when using it or the person above you showers. Tub bottom is not supported. Room 206."
