"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash. The mattress is only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on a hard floor. The sheets are the cheapest, roughest polyester sheets I've ever seen. I have eczema, so I got to sleep in my clothes to avoid my skin contacting these awful sheets as much as possible. Between that and the back killing mattress, I'm leaving this review instead of getting the sleep I really need right now. I'd have been unsatisfied with this room at half the price, but considering what we paid to stay here, it's truly egregious. I'll never stay at a Best Western again."

"What an amazing hotel in the smell is amazing"

"The hotel was very clean. It had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby was nice to have access to as well. If in the area again, we will stay here."

"Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. Over all, I gave it a good rating but I remember when it was excellent."

"We had to find a alternate route to get to the hotel. Main road was blocked for construction. Would have been nice to have warning. Showers are extremely loud when using it or the person above you showers. Tub bottom is not supported. Room 206."

"Didn't stay because I wouldn't give them an additional $100 Deposit. I've been to lots of hotels that wanted a card on file in case of damages but this 100 dollars that by the looks of this operation I may or not get back. No this was too much. I want my money back for the room and I'll get one way or another"
