The hotel is really nice beautiful hotel however, the room they gave us smelt terrible like old, wet, stagnant carpet. But the staff was so kind whenever I went up to the desk and talked to them. They actually adjusted our room and upgraded us to a room that didn’t smell. The kids had fun in the pool. The adults had fun in the hot tub and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend staying here.

First off check in line was over a 20 Minute wait. Once checked in we learn that the water is turned off- no toilets or hand washing. Came back after a full evening to take a dip in the pool and no towels. Also no one at the front desk to get any. No ice makers plugged in. Our door had a big gap in it so it was light all night long and employees came and started SLAMMING doors at 6am. We will make sure not to stay again.

Staff was friendly, room had a heater that must have been going out that was too loud to run. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out. They didn’t seem to interested. Walls seemed thin so nose level wasn’t great. The thing that will keep me from coming back is not having coffee in the room. Bed, pillows and shower were all great. .
