"Very nice hotel, gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was really appreciated.3 minute walk to subway and bus stations."

"The room was clean and spacious. The included washer dryer combo in unit was also helpful and I was not sure if it was included from the room description. The 4 bottles of water were also nice. We received a coupon for two free drinks from Expedia gold level membership. The hours of the fitness center and spa and rooftop were limited so we did not get to use them during our stay."

"I stayed at the Lotte City Hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the area and close to restaurants and transportation. The hotel is comfortable and works well for a city stay. On the downside, the single beds felt a bit too firm for my taste, and the carpet cleanliness could be improved. Aside from that, everything was fine, and I would recommend it for its location and practicalit"

"The staff were very friendly and kind. Staff always made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and a bit small but perfect if you don’t plan to be in the room all day. The hotel has a WOWPASS kiosk in the lobby which was perfect for money exchange when needed. The hotel is right next to multiple restaurants and convenience stores and 3 minutes from City Hall bus station. Overall, highly recommend."

"Breakfast mediocre. Machine coffee only, and surprisingly only orange slices and grapes were the only fruit available. One of the poorest breakfasts I’ve seen at a supposedly five star hotel. Further, the room aircon was disabled and I rang them to ask and the response was they have overridden it with heating. My room was 25.5 Celsius. Baffling. The shower was also poor pressure and very temperamental so getting it to not be super hold or super cold was a challenge. "
