The entire experience of staying at paradise city was amazing from start to finish. The Christmas market, Cimer experience, dinner and the lobby bar the staff were attentive and made our stay like nothing we’ve had before. Will be back as soon as possible!
This is an incredible hotel that I was blessed to stay at. From the attentive and courteous staff, to the immaculate hotel room, exquisite breakfast buffet (it is expensive though), and even the luxurious smell of the hotel, this place is top notch.
Beautiful and large area that is right next to the airport. Staff is quick, courteous and tends to all your needs without asking. They took our bags for us upon arrival, gave us a room upgrade for free, and called a cab for us when we left. Hotel provides a vast array of things to do and see as well to occupy a large amount of your day
This was a beautiful resort with lots to do. The rooms were beautiful and very modern. I love the bathtub and the marble shower. The closet is an awesome set up.
Wanted to stay here at the end of my trip as it was close to the airport. This hotel has some many amenities and things to do you could easily spend a few days just trying to do everything without even leaving the area. Check in was very easy. Room was nice and spacious and the dual sinks were nice. My only problem was there was no smart TV and even screen casting needed a special paid app. I guess it forces you to go out and do things at the hotel. The wonderbox and cimer were included in our stay. The wonder box was cute but definitely meant for kids although adults can still have fun. The cimer was interesting with the sauna rooms and pools although I actually enjoyed the free pool at the hotel more. Plenty of room to lounge and swim there as well. I liked the plaza area as it had lots of food options and just a cool place to go and be at. No self laundry machines just laundry service. There is a coin laundry about a 10 min walk away if you wanna go that route. Overall loved our stay and would definitely do it again.
Everything great except the baggage service and check in.

The facilities were clean and the staff were very nice. However, if you are looking for a getaway for adults, this may not be an ideal place. There were kids running around everywhere. The hours were weird, too. The indoor pool at Cimer (the spa) was open 10am to 7pm. The check in time for the hotel is 3 pm, check out is 11am. The ticket to pool was for 4 hrs… We were like ??? Then again, the pool was full of kids. I think their main target is families with children.
A large, luxurious hotel, to the point of being a bit over the top. For some time I had been curious to stay at this hotel, although I'm not sure it was worth the fairly steep price.
I will say that the food was good and the bed was comfortable, and I could see the ocean from my window. There is a shuttle bus to Incheon airport, but the the buses to and from Terminal 2 run only once an hour, so you need to plan accordingly.
I enjoyed looking at the various art exhibits throughout the ground floor area before heading back to the airport for my flight.
I booked this hotel after the portrayal of a quiet, relaxing hotel (near the airport for convenience) as seen on Netflix's Single's Inferno. The reality of the hotel was very different: chaotic check-in, constant sewage smell in the room, and most shockingly -- parents letting their kids run around everywhere. The breakfast and room cost were also mediocre (again, kids running around the breakfast area and no soundproofing in the room) for the price charged.
The facilities outside of the room were very beautiful and convenient though -- lots of restaurants and shops! Loved that they had a quick 5min shuttle to the airport as well.
We love to travel and have been to many places/countries. This was by far the most memorable, relaxing, and enjoyable trip. From the moment we stepped foot in the resort, we were treated extremely warmly by everyone. There are many things to do at the resort but our favorite is relaxing. Even though it’s right by the airport, we never heard the planes flying above. We ordered room service one night and ordered cheeseburgers but they were prepared with exceptional 5-star quality. We ate at Paulie’s a couple times and got food from the “food trucks” and loved the food and portions. We ate breakfast at the buffet a couple times as well and, although a little pricey, it’s definitely worth it! They take pride and care in every aspect of what they do at the resort, from service to cleanliness. Our fridge was restocked every morning. There’s a 24-hour convenience store on property with low-price snacks and drinks. We are already planning our next trip to Paradise City.
I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there.
The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there unless you were a casino member...why? The signage for the shuttle bus was also only provided in Korean.
The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.
The downsides were the early check-out time (11am), and the resort only having 3 small elevators (1 going to all levels, 1 going to odd-numbered levels, and 1 going to even-numbered levels....checking out was CHAOS as most elevators were fully packed and we had to wait a long time for one that was available. Considering the size of the resort, and its proximity to the airport (lots of suitcases!), this was a surprise to me. The pools were not as incredible as I thought they would be - the pools were quite small considering the number of guests and so it was very crowded with limited space for swimming...more like dipping. There are also a lot of families bringing their children here, so I wish there was an additional adult pool for those who want to relax.
Overall, still a great luxurious stay.
