"Our first stay at this hotel which we chose for location. Some difficulties with self checkin, but quickly received assistance. Buffet breakfast was excellent in nice spacious dining hall. Superior twin on 33rd fl had nice views, comfortable room. Staff kept our luggage after check out while we spent time in the city. Excellent eating options in Links bldg, easy to catch cab to next destination. Would stay here again, highly recommend to travelers."

"We thoroughly enjoyed a three-night stay at this property… the room was very clean and comfortable, definitely large by local standards, the onsite guest laundry facilities were an unexpected bonus! There are many great food and drink options in the neighborhoods behind the main road the hotel fronts on to - but also convenient shops and cafés just steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families."
