「My stay was great, but I have found the Hotels.com website has absolutely no live customer service staff to help with booking errors or issues. I tried to resolve my issue before it became an issue, but they provide no telephone no. to customer service. I had to deal with the hotel staff to resolve my booking confirmation error. However, I had to pay for my room at the hotel, even though hotels.com received payment on booking. This took 2 more days to resolve somewhat. I was told I was...

「Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Felt like my old college days for entrance decor. Room was current and it had fridge and microwave. 」

「Blue Beach is exactly as it's advertised. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. But it is a motel so the bathroom was quite small, the sink is in not behind closed doors. I requested extra pillows and a blanket, and they were delivered promptly. For a one-night stay it was a good choice. We felt it was expensive but it was the only viable option in the area.」
