「We were in the same building as the pool, so there was a smell of chlorine in our room. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a neighboring room. Other than the smell, the room was clean, the staff was excellent and helpful. 」

「I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

「The fitness room almost all wasn't working. The pool particles were concerning from day two onwards. The renovations. They were fine honestly. Everyone was pleasant and made room for guests. Bringing breakfast to our room sucked and not having hot food available wasn't the best. The price didn't match what we got. 」

「We enjoy staying at this location..this visit our refrigerator was not working, after having to pack up and move to another room the extra security lock on the door was missing and the sliding door security bar was broken…it seemed the little things were over looked…housekeeping was very accommodating in assisting with minor details…we do plan on staying here again!!」

Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was...
