When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests. 「Hotel seemed to be full, only 2 elevators, 1 was out of service. There is a shuttle to Foxwoods, prepare yourself for plan B if you plan on using it. The "shuttle" is a small van, 12-13 passengers only, which sounds like a lot but when there is a concert it fills up fast and you will be lucky to get a seat. When the hotel is full and there are 2 concerts at Foxwoods their planned runs are just not enough, They should invest in a larger vehicle or have 2 for more frequent runs. We had to wait to...

「The only thing it has going for it is the location. The room was gross. Arrived at 10pm and were placed on a 2nd floor despite booking and paying for 1st floor. The room was big, but the beds seemed too small. I went back to the lobby to confirm we were placed into a room with 2 queen beds, and was told "you know how sometimes clothes run small? 「Breakfast was more than what the website and front desk explained. There was a good variety of continental breakfast items that were continously replenished. The hotel is close to Mystic village and Aquarium. Has an outdoor pool that looks nice for summer trips. 」

「The pool was not clean and the one reason we stayed there was to swim after about an hour in pool with grandson we both had burning eyes and had to get out. Our eyes burned all night long.」

「Very out dated room broken refrigerator ,no phone to call front desk . no ice mashine no vending mashine for drinks the smell of musty was awful in the room. I will not recommend. 」
