"That staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking into Shinjuku or getting to Shin-Okubi station for an easy ride anywhere in Tokyo. Laundry was free, there was light breakfast in the morning, and sake and soba in the evening. "

"The hotel is excellently located in Shinjuku. If you are new to Tokyo it is a good place to start and Shinjuku station gives easy access to the rest of the city. The breakfast was very good and unique offering everything from French chocolate croissants to Japanese curry. Also comes with a main menu item that was very good. More luxury than I at first thought and I found the room to be very comfortable. The height of the hotel also gives a fantastic view of Tokyo."

"Location was perfect. Near to the station, shops and restaurants. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle with a peaceful outdoor area to relax. Also lots of comfortable indoor areas to eat, drink or relax. Free drinks and toiletries were most welcome and we enjoyed the use of the free massage chairs and karaoke room. The staff were so polite and helpful. We enjoyed five nights in this hotel, exploring Tokyo, then returning to relax in the evening. "

They are right outside the Takadanobaba train station which has the JR Yamanote line which will take you everywhere. Great price, and rooms are relatively spacious for a tokyo hotel. 5 stars"

"Okay so this is more of a love Hotel but with that said I’d highly recommend staying here. The room was large and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good, staff were pleasant and the amenities were great. Don’t think you’d be able to find a better place to stay in Tokyo for the same price."

"I loved our stay here. The room was huge and had basically a whole spa in it. There was a huge jet tub that was so nice after all the walking. The area is fun, I now understand the adults only vibe and we loved it. Super convenient to walking everywhere and they have you leave your key with them which is great for someone like me so you don’t lose it. Highly highly recommend. "
