"My fourth time i have stayed here. I enjoyed my stay again. Always a clean room, quiet. Laundry facilities where busy though but that’s not the hotels fault."

"The facility is the heart and soul of Shinjuku; area has multiple dining options; several convenient stores within reach; right beside is a hospital (in case of emergency); most importantly, walking distance to the metro lines (a 10 minute leisure pace walk). We stayed there for 8 nights, our initial reaction of the room was on the smaller side; however, after the second night we adjusted to its size. Facility was clean, we felt safe the entire time, house keeping always had water and fresh towels coming. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN."

"Small room, but this is Tokyo afterall! Beautifully clean, quiet and efficiently laid out. Reception staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. Location is great, although some additional detail on the website on how to get from Shinjuku station to the hotel would be welcome (maybe a map or info on which exit from the station etc)."
