「This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to tons of restaurants, cafes, and stores. The outdoor tub/shower was a big highlight. Overall, we loved NOA and we're looking forward to trying out some of the other DW apartments in Puerto Rico!」

「Very small hotel nicely decorated outside. The room itself was very sterile concrete bathroom walls with white tiles. Basic kitchen with limited cooking supplies. My room was below ground so there weren't any windows. The pool is a cold water hot tub. Its about 6ft by 12ft. The front desk receptionist Luce was so nice and accomodating. She helped us find places to eat and grocery stores near by. 」

「This facility is disgusting, the front entrance smelled like a urinal! The floors were filthy there was no staff at the site, other customers were locked out of there room for hours and sat in dark lobby! When asked do a refund because of what I saw and refused to stay there, I was denied! So they kept my money and refused to return it ! Property management was of no help and insulted that I told her the truth about this facility! No staff really concerned me I was told people are off! So think...

「The room was a bed and a folding chair, with only one electrical outlet. The bathroom had an empty socket where a bulb should go. The neighborhood was full of trash, and the room was above a bar that played very loud music. I am surprised that this is allowed to operate as a room for rent.」

They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there.
