I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors were saying and doing. They kept me up every night even when I asked them to be quiet. If you value peace and relaxation, this might not be the place. "

"The air condition was effective. The staff made delicious coffee. They had a beautiful patio and elevator. The whole property was decorated beautifully. We’re very accommodating friendly. Extra helpful like when a bit above and beyond, walked me down to my car helped me with my issue made me feel very at home"

"Very small hotel nicely decorated outside. The room itself was very sterile concrete bathroom walls with white tiles. Basic kitchen with limited cooking supplies. My room was below ground so there weren't any windows. The pool is a cold water hot tub. Its about 6ft by 12ft. The front desk receptionist Luce was so nice and accomodating. She helped us find places to eat and grocery stores near by. "

"Santurtzi complex was lovely. I highly recommend staying there if you want to be right in the heart of Puerto Rico living. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were excellent!"
