"This is my 3rd time staying at la concha and it’s always a great experience. However, this time my only problem was it was hard to sleep at night with constant drilling noises that I could hear in my room every night. Unfortunately, that tarnished my stay this time around "

Front desk staff was professional and efficient, just more direct than warm. Lester, our concierge, really stood out. He helped us secure a last minute rental car and gave us great guidance on exploring the island safely. Overall, this is a clean, well located resort with strong service where it counts. We would definitely book again."

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."
