The rooms were all very clean and came with enough towels for the beach and personal usage. A driver took us to and from the airport. The house is within walking distance of many restaurants, and a 10 minute walk from the beach.

This is our second time staying here, and it just keeps getting better. You wont find better, caring people! Virgina transported us to and from the airport, and made accommodations for us and our luggage so we could enjoy Old San Juan for the day. Our apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and everything someone would need. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you!!!

We stayed for 4 nights in the 1 bedroom unit and loved this local family-run space. The family is very communicative via text - you will get their phone number when you complete a booking, so don’t message them on expedia. They let us check in a little earlier once they were done cleaning. The space was clean, and they had beach towels, chairs, and a cooler that we found super useful for the beach, which is a super close walk. The apartment is located near calle loiza, which has many good restaurants and cafes. The family lives nearby and is very friendly. The mom also drove us to the airport for free. I didn’t give 5 stars because some of the windows don’t shut all the way, so you may get some mosquitoes in the common area. We kept the bedroom door closed all the days so that helped but we forgot one night and got bites, which is common anywhere on the island. We also did not bring any bug spray, which could have helped.

We loved our stay at Posada Colonial Apartments. The apartment was charming and the perfect fit for our family. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would stay again

This place met our needs which was just a place to shower and sleep before going to the airport. I was happy that they saved a parking spot for us right in front of the entrance. We felt safe because we had a barred entrance with a lock. The air conditioners were turned on when we arrived so the rooms were nice and cool. The apartment was clean. I loved that we could hear the coquis from there. Checking in and out was very easy. Thank you for renting your apartment to my family.

Cute and homey. Comfortable space. Great location. The owner took our laundry to dry cause the dryer wasn't working and brought it back. Very kind!! Apartment was clean!! We were a family of 6 there and planned to eat in some. For non-cooking food, the kitchen was great, but there weren't many cooking utensils and no baking pans or oven mitts.
