"When we arrived our standard twin room ended up being a queen bed and a roll cot. Not impressed at all and after an uncomfortable sleep that required putting 4 pillows on the cot, I let the staff know the room situation was unsatisfactory. They immediately found us another room and comped our breakfast. I appreciated the fast, friendly and respectful way we were treated after I lodged my complaint."

"We loved our accommodations here during our stay in Florence. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved the vibe of the santo spirito neighborhood. Do not miss the Santo Spirito market in mornings and open cocktail hour vibe in the evening. If you stay at this location, ask ahead to see if you can get a room on the 5th floor. Both have a terrace overlooking into the basilica garden. We felt like we have our own little apartment in Florence. Loved it."

"Clean room and convenient location. Room was a bit warm as the key needs to be in place for ac to work. Unpleasant smell in room and lost water for 24 hrs. Maybe this happens often? We probably should have complained about the smell, but we were gone on tours everyday! Thankfully window opened and we had bathroom spray along."

"The hotel & staff could not have been any better. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 4 days later our experience was unbelievable. The hotel’s location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with a huge selection of food. I would like to give special thanks the Artemide’s entire staff for their kindness & help. We had never been to Rome before & I was worried about choosing the best hotel so we could have a great visit. I believe now that Hotel Artemide was the perfect choice."
