「Staff very helpful. Everything was very clean」

「There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too. Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken...

「I was traveling for work and needed a place to stay for one night while I was in the area. The rooms were very outdated and pretty beat up. There was a deck attached to my room and the door didn’t even lock to the deck. It was very warm outside during my stay as well and the air conditioner in my room seem to be broken and the fan didn’t even work on it either. 「Very convenient to Mount Snow and we loved the plentiful cozy places to sit and read or interact with other guests. The bed was comfortable, and the shared kitchen space was very well stocked and clean. We will definitely stay again!」
