「Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. Insgesamt jedoch tolles Hotel und zu empfehlen. 」

「Hôtel très douillet, très propre. La chambre etait spacieuse et décorée avec goût.Vue sur le lac de la salle à manger et du balcon de la chambre et endroit calme.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, aux petits soins.. On se sent un peu comme chez soi avec en plus une piscine très propre. Les petits-déjeuners sont très bons.
Les plats servis au restaurant sont bons, simples et très accessibles au niveau prix.
C’était une belle découverte pour nous et nous aurions aimé y séjourner un peu...

The terraced vegetable garden was so beautiful to explore and we enjoyed the pool and the solarium with the hot tub very much. We felt very relaxed while on the Villa. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend! 」

「Amazing stay at Bigatt. Staff, room and breakfast were amazing. The view from the balcony was also really beautiful!
The only downside is that you need to catch a bus to access downtown, so you need to plan ahead a little bit. But honestly, that didn't bother us.
I truly recommend staying at Bigatt if you are ever in Lugano.」
「This hotel has a gorgeous pool view. Staff is excellent. Short walk to shops restaurants and ferries.
We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」
