It's clean and a close location to Bellagio, but when we got off at the wrong bus stop in pouring rain, Laura arranged for a coworker to come pick us up and bring us to the hotel. She also gave us a ride into Bellagio and helped to get our boat tour to be re-arranged. Amazing! Our room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was the best of our entire week in Europe. "Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. It is right on the edge of the lake and the front rooms have a view over the lake and the back rooms have a delightful view of the mountainside and over look a courtyard with typical Italian buildings.
