「Saff are brilliant, very friendly and really wanted to help unfortunately regional senior management still have not provided a deafguard as required by the equality act 2010 putting both myself and staff at risk in a fire, also interior is getting tired, i had a flooding issue in room 19 and room 15 smelt damp musty and needs a deep clean.」

「Lovely surprise! Our room was large, comfortable, and the decor was beautiful -- the photos do not do it justice. The location is perfect, right at the bottom of high street next to several historic sites and within easy walking distance of everything one would want to see in Winchester. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic. Make reservations as soon as you check in as it is not to be missed.」

「I was very nervous because it was my first overseas trip in a long time, but the staff were very kind and treated me and my son well. I stayed here to go to Highclere Castle, and they arranged a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Newbury. Thank you very much.」

「Lovely dog friendly stay - staff were all super helpful, friendly and accommodating and the whole place was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. 「We had a lovely weekend break. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great with a large steam room,sauna and good changing areas. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety and items you could order. The only issue we had was access to the ev chargers. The hotel did not know the cost of using the chargers, and from the app they did not seem to work. 」

"駐車料金込みと記載があったので、このホテルを選んだのに、実際には有料パーキングに停めるしかありませんでした。 記載の仕方を変えてください。 7台だけ優先的に駐車場があります。それ以外は近くの有料パーキングに駐車してください、と 書くべきです。 スタッフの最高のサービスがあり、部屋も暖かく、バスタブもあり、文句なく素晴らしいホテルでした。 I chose this hotel because it was listed as including parking, but in reality I had to park in a paid parking lot.
