▪️Situé à 2 pas de la porte d'Avignon, dans une petite rue au calme, se situe notre Charmante et élégante petite maison .
Elle se compose d'une pièce à vivre avec sa cuisine équipée :

🔸️ frigo avec congélateur ,Four. Cafetière. Bouilloire , micro-onde ,grille pain, hachoir électrique, plaques induction, sèche cheveux, station de recharge multiples mini enceinte , càble pour console des enfants HDMI..

🔸️Son clic clac confortable 130×180, idéalement pour 2 enfants.

▪️Le tout donnant sur une chambre cosi semi ouverte
Lit coffre 140x200 vous permettant de mettre des valises et d'autres rangements
Un écran plat fixé au mur peut se déplier afin d'en profiter depuis le côté salon.
Attenant à la chambre, la salle de bain avec WC. Divers rangements ainsi que la machine à laver.

▪️Nous vous fournissons le linge de lit et les serviettes ( selon le nombre de locataires)
Un kit de démarrage vous sera mis a disposition : produits ménager, condiments, papier toilettes,, lessive, savon mains...

▪️Dans notre logement :
interdit de fumer
Pas d'animaux
Pas de fêtes/ bruits après 22h
Il est en recommandé de se reposer et profiter !

▪️Nous pouvons être souples en ce qui concerne l'heure d'arrivée ou de sortie ( à voir ensemble).
Nous sommes en revanche très regardant sur l'hygiène et rangements, laissez les lieux en l'état où vous l'avez trouvé .
