Welcome to Maine Stay! This charming waterfront home is the ideal vacation getaway. A deep cove just minutes from the main channel, this home is perfect for water sports & swimming! Located just next to the private dock is a canoe which you are welcome to use. The outdoor area provides ample space for you and your loved ones to hang out together while still partaking in different activities.

The deck has both a screened option and an open area with lots of seating and a gas grill. Spend your days on the lake & evenings gathered around the lakeside fire pit! As a guest in our home, you will have access to the pool table, darts, and a card table, not to mention all the board games, which are ideal for getting the adventure going!

Inside Maine Stay’s living space features a great room with a lakeside wall of windows to welcome the outdoors. Natural light flows in, creating an open and airy feel. The living area has a comfortable sofa and two large chairs for lake views or watching the game. In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances to prepare a meal for your entire group. For family mealtime, the table comfortably seats 8. After dinner, you can have coffee on the screened porch with sofa seating for quiet contemplation.

The master is on the main level with ensuite bath and sitting room adjacent. The second bedroom is also on the main level, with a Queen bed and bath in the hall. Downstairs, the bunkroom has a pyramid bunk and 2 twins for the kiddos to group together.

SML is a beautiful lake and the water was wonderful. The house was great for the 6 of us and we played pool almost every evening in the wonderful ground floor. The only issue we had was a noisy neighbor two houses down the cove that would play loud music down at the dock everyday, all day long. At least they tuned to a good music radio station.
