Très mauvaise surprise

À notre arrivée , désagréable surprise de constater que les photos ne correspondent pas à la location , en effet lorsque l'on regarde la "Green lodge" sur le site ou sur le site de la villa, on y voit une terrasse ombragée (1ère photo) , mais il s'agit d'une autre location , d'ailleurs toutes les photos sont mélangées pour n'en tirer que le meilleur. Ménage non fait à notre arrivée, une ampoule sur deux ne fonctionne pas, robinetterie en mauvaise état, pas de WIFI dans la location mais sur les marches de la propriétaire en extérieur, traces d'humidité sur les murs intérieurs (ou salissure?), pas de BBQ, séchoir à linge cassé et avec des traces de rouille, literie très dure, pas un ventilateur dans la pièce principale, bref équipement au rabais, je déconseille et vous invite à annuler si vous avez ou comptez réserver !

Très agréable séjour

Située un peu en dehors de Modica cette magnifique propriété est un havre de verdure. Magnifique jardin, piscine bien entretenue . Idéal pour visites de la région . Propriétaires accueillants et de bon conseil. Seul bémol je trouve que nous étions 3 adultes et qu'une 4ième personne aurait été trop pour la surface disponible, mais à trois c'était tout à fait confortable. Je recommande cette adresse sans hésitation.

magnifique !

La villa deleva est conforme à l'annonce. Le parc est splendide, très vert, avec une piscine digne de ce nom ! Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps avec nos enfants de 9 et 6 ans. La location est très fonctionnelle. Anna parle admirablement bien le français, et est très discrète, en restant disponible pour tous sortes de renseignements sur les visites à faire. Modica est très bien située pour faire de belles visites. Merci Anna pour votre accueil, pour la joie de nos enfants dans ce beau parc et sa piscine !

Villa Deleva

The property was everything as advertised. It is well positioned (about a ten minute drive into Modica), with secure parking within the grounds. The owners live on site and made us feel very much at home and very welcome. There is a supermarket (Conad) close by (10 min walk or five minutes by car, with fresh fruit and lovely Parmesan Cheese! There are not too many restaurants in the immediate area, but there are are plenty in Modica. Access to the beaches is very easy with plenty to choose from. All in all excellent!

"Superbe séjour en famille! La location est très agréable avec un espace en extérieur pour les repas ou parties de scopa! Les lits et le linge de toilette changés toutes les semaines. L''environnement est un havre de paix au milieu d''un très beau parc fleuri agrémenté de sa piscine. L''accueil est chaleureux tout en sachant rester discret.La propriétaire se montre toujours disponible s''il y a besoin.
