"We loved our stay here, the Premier Grand perks were great and we enjoyed the breakfast and tea-time selection. The staff were very attentive and courteous and the room was modern and had a great view of the Metropolitan building and its evening light shows. Shinjuku station is only a 10 minute walk away."

My only complaint would be other guests bringing their barking dogs into the hotel foyer restaurant and staff or management didn't ask them to leave given the other welfare of the guests staying there. Room cleaning though - we got extra towels , robes and slippers on day two but they didn’t take the towels slippers and robes from day before? The room was very compact so little space for clothing ( no wardrobes) , and limited space for our luggage !"
