A tropical home built around a heated** pool, The Sand Emperor brings the tropics to you with swaying palm trees, thoughtful architecture, and white sand beaches just a short walk away. Enjoy “island hopping” as you explore the lushly landscaped grounds, or simply find a lounger and soak up the sun.

The Sand Emperor boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a modern kitchen, open concept living area, and a large game room on the 3rd floor. We have arranged a complimentary beach chair setup*** for you from Spring until early Fall. Renew your senses in the private Pool surrounded by palm trees. The Sand Emperor’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or just a family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!

A beach cart and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycle, scooter, and golf cart rentals.

The parking pad can accommodate up to 7 standard-size vehicles.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed are the guest’s responsibility.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

This home is not pet friendly.

*Weddings/Events – If held on property additional $500.00 event fee is required*

**The spa/pool can be heated from Nov 1 - April 31 for an additional daily fee**

***Complimentary Beach Chair and Umbrella Setup From March week 2 - October 31 starting in 2021

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
