「Beach view,, short walk to beach and pool, could have been a little cleaner, but overall was nice…」

「Great stay! Host was super helpful. Loved the backdoor access to the pool and easy walk to the beach. Will hopefully stay here again!」

「STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

「Pros: Location and view were great. Pools were nice. Condo was clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Condo needs a little TLC. Vertical blinds kept falling off when trying to open or close. Shower rod was barely holding on to rod holders. Baseboards were rotting & rusty (just needs a fresh coat of paint). King size bed was very hard/firm. I didn't mind because I have a bad back, but my wife couldn't sleep on it the entire time we were there, she slept on one of the bunk...

「This property has a lot of positives. The location is in a secluded spot right off the main highway. The property is right on the beach with every room having a beautiful view. The condo was nice and well equipped with a good balcony for watching the ocean. There was also beach service, which is a nice add on. Now the not so good. The biggest problem was the noise. Running kids, walking adults or dropping something on the floor, you heard it all from the unit above all the time they were active....

「Had a great time. The place was clean and the views were amazing on the porch sitting on the swing.」

「Incredible view of the beach. The condo was clean and as described. Nice amenities including a pool, and hot tub. It’s nice that you get a complimentary parking pass instead of having to pay for parking. Minutes away from The Surf Hut, which is our favorite restaurant in Destin. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!」

「This was a great place to stay. It was clean, and even though it is not directly on the beach, you get a direct view from the balcony of the ocean and it’s only a two minute walk. The host was very quick to respond and my group had an amazing time!」

「We had a wonderful short two-day stay! The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Host communication was fast, friendly, and very responsive. The ocean view was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The beach itself was fairly busy during our stay, but it still had a great atmosphere and was enjoyable.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable property with an...
