「We stopped over for a quick night sleep and breakfast. Entrance way, first opinion, was full of bagged salt and a stored snowblower. All necessary equipment, but could have been stored another place. The frig for storing the yogurt and butter and such was in a corner and the door hinge was on the wrong side that couls easily been reversed. 「Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, bed and pillows were comfy. However, for $415 we were only given a half a box of tissues and one roll of toilet paper. Parking was not easy and I had to go to three different parking garages to find a spot. Then, I still had to walk four blocks with my stuff to get to the hotel. For all the money I spent, I would have expected some parking to be easier and to have at an extra roll of toilet paper.」

「It was a very nice hotel. After a long days drive, this was a perfectly clean, comfortable hotel to relax in. The price to bring your dog along was too expensive. All other hotels we stayed in were free of charge. Other than that, a great hotel. 」

「Refrigerator made noise the whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice people. But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. 」

「Very friendly staff in a great location. Everything is walkable. The room was boring (for an Arts Hotel), we were supposed to have a King bed but got a Queen. Mattress and pillows lumpy. Next time I might try a different hotel. 」

「Rooms were dirty, There were not even cups for water in either room. Our sink was still clogged from last December when we stayed there before. The business has gone way downhill. We have stayed there for 6 straight years and will NOT begoing back. There are too many good alternatives!!」

「Summer at front desk and staff were wonderful! 24 hour coffee was appreciated. The room needs serious updates. Though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale smoke.」
