"Went here with a friend for parents weekend at GCSU. The young man who checked me in was so helpful. Made me feel like family rather than just a patron. The building and rooms show their age. If you’re looking for something with all the bells and whistles then this isn’t the place for you. We just wanted an affordable clean convenient room which is exactly what we got. The plus was the young man who checked us in and truly showed compassion to 2 senior citizen ladies traveling. I felt his caring ways who just wanted our stay to be a good one and it was. "

"It is 8:14 PM and there are no lights on in the breezeway or the apartment door lights. It has been dark for roughly an hour and a half."

"I purchased for my daughter’s wedding night. They could not have been more accommodating. Allowing to check in early and get the key prior to the wedding and had a beautiful complementary set up upon their arrival. As always, the Ritz Carlton is 2nd to none! "

"Beautiful, comfortable home, the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, provided lots of great information about the area and their home. We had everything we needed, so much more was provided than in usual rentals, you can tell this is a home away for them as well. They welcomed us with two goody baskets and stayed in contact incase we needed anything or had any questions. The boathouse is perfect, large dock to lay around, toys for the water, beautiful fire pit for star gazing. Cannot say enough how perfect this property is, exactly what we needed and wanted! "
