「I did not get to stay in the room I paid for. Front desk said the room was unavailable due to a broken bed. So instead of the suite I paid for with a full kitchen, I stayed in a room with two queen beds. I was offered no refund or rate change for the lack of room availability. Just “oh well”. When I got up to the room, there were holes in the walls, the phone didn’t work, the desk chair was ripped and tore up. I saw no staff, no one at the front desk all four days I was there.」

「Room for was clean… there was no hair dryer or iron. Minimal, but worked out great for an overnight stay. 」

「The breakfast was very good, the lobby lovely , all the grounds and the hotel itself was very nice , very clean m. The staff that we met were outstanding. Housekeeping not so much . They never came to our room I had to request clean towels . Trash was never emptied very disappointing . 」

「If you stay here, don’t let the them put you around back. With respect, lots of transient construction workers hanging outside all night with speakers pumping music. Weed smoke was pouring through my AC wall unit about 11pm. 」

「This hotel is the very definition of "you get what you pay for" so I can't really complain. Parking was easy and the room was relatively clean. There was dust and grime behind the toilet and above the shower. The free breakfast was the bare minimum of prepackaged items and powdered sugar and creamer for the coffee. Luckily, the QT across the street provided a good option for decent coffee and a quick warm breakfast. The front desk associate went through the motions of checking us in but was...

「This was a stop off on the way to savannah - the hotel was convenient and staff helpful and friendly. We stopped at Jesup because it has a railroad line and thought it would be fun to see some really big freight trains. We were not disappointed and continued our journey south quite happy.」

「I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. 」
