I loved walking into the foyer, very nice! If the fireplace was going I would've taken longer leaving! Nice lake/pond out back! Enjoyed having a balcony all to myself! Beds are nice as well! Breakfast was very good...I would go back if needed to in that area!!

The only thing that concern me they don't change bed linen everyday. They don't don't clean rooms daily or make up beds they don't vacuum or wipe down rooms for quests. Other then that the staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good. I liked the waffles, fruits and coffee. The room appeared clean, but the bathroom needs new caulking or grout. The TV did not work. They offered for us to change rooms but we were to tired to do that. The furniture and decor need some serious updating.

In town for a funeral, the staff was Excellent and very accommodating. Nice location on the lake with nice restaurants near by and convenient shopping. Good hot breakfast and a nice quiet clean hotel.

No major problems. Dining room was comfortable and well stocked for breakfast. Staff was wonderful, especially the housekeepers. Price was perfect for one night. However, buy a carpet cleaner for the lobby, update the weird quasi-Graceland/mountain chalet theme (again, lobby), and fix the elevator. It jerks and drops and shutters like crazy.
