「Our room looked decent until I went into the bathroom lifted the seat and saw a CLOGGED TOILET. Someone took a dump before us and the HOTEL DIDN’T CLEAN OUR ROOM. I just instantly felt disgusting. If they didn’t clean the toilet, they probably didn’t clean the sink, our bed, the floors. I went to the front desk about it and they didn’t have any other rooms for us to stay. 「After dropping something off the nightstand pulled it out to find a bunch of garbage behind it and along the side of the bed between the bed and wall. Tried to cancel the second night of our stay because of a family situation that arose on our way there, and was still charged full price. Not only full price but they charged me for 3 full nights plus the one we stayed. Tried talking with them and they were as rude as could be. Still trying to resolve situation」

「There was nothing unique about the property. The property could definitely use an upgrade. New furniture in the rooms. Outside first floor rooms needs some help. Looks like a "no tell motel". Needs to look more inviting all around. Chairs were sagging. Carpeting in the rooms smelled musty and dirty. Fruit didn't look very fresh at the breakfast. Not enough variety in the breakfast options. The saving grace is that they are right across from the lake.」

「Room was nice, the breakfast was good, and everyone was friendly. The pool was fun but wow there was so much chlorine just the air around it burned the eyes lol I do wish the little shop at the register had dish soap to wash out the kid’s bottles as I forgot to bring any. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as well. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again」

「Room was just ok as far as cleanliness but definitely could have been cleaner. Shower had soap and shampoo scum on it. Also there was no where to hang clothes or nothing too set your luggage on, also no clock and no tissues. Bed was like sleeping in a hole and ac was incredibly loud, no continental breakfast. We couldn't get a good not sleep. We would not stay at this facility again or recommend it to anyone.」

「Room was ok. Had a tad bit of an Oder. The bathroom section seemed to be redone which was nice. Room it’s self a little outdated and didn’t feel the most clean. The bed and bedding was nice. Pretty comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, had a hot tub and slides for the kids attached. Great it was so close to cedar point and the breakfast was great! Everything was clean/ fresh/ nice and tasty. They even have a pretty cool pancake maker which was awesome....
