"This property was absolutely gorgeous, perfectly clean, comfortable, and had every amenity our group of four adults could possibly need! We used the beach chairs and beach umbrella daily from the master closet… the beach outside of the condo was pristine! We found so many neat sea shells, little crabs inside tiny conchs, and one baby octopus!! We went to Bowmans beach on Sanibel two of our afternoons where we saw manatee in the backwaters while crossing the bridge over to the beach and both days we saw dolphins swimming near the beach! The condos location is great next to the grocery store and on a quiet stretch of beach! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!"

"The house is great and has everything you need. Super close to the beach which was nice. Plenary of room, big bathrooms and comfy beds. It was also nice that they provided tons of beach items and towels. The only complaint is the pool. We called ahead to make sure it was cleaned prior to our arrival and when we got there it was not. The water was really murky and not appealing. We reached out again and they replied that it should clear up by tomorrow. It never did. The pool is also really small. Fine for just a soak or little ones, but if you’re traveling with teenagers it’s small.It wasn’t a big deal since the beach was so very close and we spent 98% of our stay there. The beach was practically to our selves and we had manatees and dolphins just off the shore. Sunsets were spectacular. We would definitely stay again."

"The house was very nice and comfortable. I liked the fact that 4 bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. This is the only rental where signs were posted everywhere throughout the house telling us what to do and not do, it was quite annoying and somewhat offensive. The house was very clean except for the extra pillows in the closet were dirty, with stains and hair on them. It was mentioned in the description that there was a spa in the property but there isn’t one, so we were disappointed. I was also told there was a beach umbrella, in fact there was one but it was broken and unusable, if I had known this I would have brought one extra, it is impossible to sit by the beach without umbrellas during the month of May. As far as beach amenities there were plenty of folding chairs which were useful. Overall our stay was fine."

"The house was perfect! Everything you needed for a beach vacation was at the house! The view of the beach from the porch was great for meals and morning coffee. The pool and hottub were perfect, along with the Movie screen! Location to the beach was perfect. You could walk back and forth from the beach during the day with no issues. "

"A great place to relax and soak in the sun and sea. We loved our stay, super close to a grocery store for things we needed, plenty of kitchen items to make it possible to prep breakfast/lunches. The views were stunning and the beach area was not overcrowded at all. The location was truly perfect, walkable if desired, and the most amazing view of the ocean. I had to work our first day and was able to see spouse and kids on the beach and wave over to say hi. We saw so many dolphins! They have extra blankets in the closets, great seating in main areas, pool was fantastic. Outdoor shower was a lifesaver with sandy kids, too! Truly an amazing weekend away and wish we could have stayed longer. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Our youngest shed a tear when we had to leave, we cannot wait to have time to return, it was a great getaway and perfect whether you’re a homebody or someone who wants to hit the best restaurants, everything was close by. "
