"The only issues i had was getting them to answer the phone was hard. I made a mistake in booking and couldnt get ahold of anyone. And the elevator wasnt working. Otherwise this place is totally worth it."

"Very disappointing trip. Physical plant needs an upgrade. No amenities in the room not even a shower cap or a bar of soap. So many rules. Enforced for us for example no water bottles allowed at the pool. But smoking was not allowed however people who were smoking cigarettes by the pool nothing was said to them. I communicated this to Charlotte the AI Concierge and she never responded. "
