Had another lovely trip to Miami 🏖 This is the best time to go there as it is not too hot and humid. I have been there before in August month...and it was so hard to even step out. "The good - the LOCATION, decor was nice, there is a spacious balcony with seating, fridge and dishes in the room was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. The bad - they could maintain the space better. The hallway was stuffy, and the paint on the ceiling, in the shower was peeling badly. I used the bathroom in the lobby and the button to flush the toilet did not work properly. Then there's the service. I made a reservation for 2 and we didn't have enough towels. We called 3x for towels. We got complimentary water at check-in. When we asked for another bottle the second day, they never sent it up. Overall, it's a nice hotel but the experience is lacking."

"Property is generally clean, quiet, good business location, fairly close to MIA. Bed was comfortable, with HVAC effective and not loud. It is very basic property, with simple accommodations. There was no breakfast, just some coffee and muffins. Room was clean, with minimalist approach. "
