Beautiful view, very clean property but it needs a little upkeep. Nothing serious missing knobs, missing towel hanger etc. Our pullout bed did not have sheets when we checked in but they were delivered next morning.
One door attendent had attitude issues but the other one was sweet as candy.
Overall we had a very pleasent stay.

Room needs a little tlc. Curtains are damaged, bedroom door cannot lock, baseboards damaged, etc.
Rooms lamps were Broken or shifted, key fob was missing from unit making it an inconvenience. Pool only open on weekends wasn’t disclosed. A lot of the building was under construction and obstructing the aesthetics of the vacation stay!

DO NOT BOOK !!! This was the worst hotel experience. I first got there on a Sunday. I was told by the front desk the pool was closed Monday through Fridays due to construction! It never said it before I booked that the pool was closed. The host of this apartment room did nothing to accommodate me the lamp and TV in the living room don’t work and I had no AC after complaining four days. !! And they did nothing about it! They constantly said they were going to give me a call. No one ever called me. There’s a little tiny fan in the room and I’m assuming because the AC hasn’t been working prior to me visiting. !
This was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life. The room had bed bugs, me and my family ended up getting badly bitten all over my body extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.
On top of that, the basic amenities were completely insufficient. We were 7 people and only given 3 towels and ONE roll of toilet paper, which is just ridiculous and shows a complete lack of care for guests.
The service was just as bad. The staff was unhelpful, the attention was poor, and no one has responded or taken responsibility for any of these issues.
I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others to avoid this place. Absolutely unacceptable.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. First, it’s not a hotel, although I booked through Expedia assuming that it was. It is owned by a corporation somewhere that couldn’t care less about the guest experience.
I had no AC (it was 80 degrees F outside) for the whole duration of my stay. Expedia kept saying it was the “host’s” responsibility and they couldn’t do anything about it. The “host” was a revolving cast of people somewhere at a call center that couldn’t do anything about fixing my AC.
Meanwhile, front desk folks at the property kept saying they couldn’t do anything.
Whenever I was able to connect to someone, either at Expedia or RS Suites, I just kept hearing the same excuses.
I warn everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. You think you’re saving money but you’re just setting yourself up for a horrible experience.
I have asked Expedia for a refund but I have no idea anyone at Expedia will do anything about it.
