"I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Greece 🥰❤️ From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm, welcoming, and safe. The hotel was spotless throughout, and you can really tell how much care goes into maintaining such a clean and peaceful environment. The pool was such a lovely touch — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. What truly made the experience special though was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. It genuinely felt like they put guests’ needs first, which made our stay even more comfortable. I also loved the shuttle bus service to Fira, running every 3 hours — it made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. We met some amazing people during our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. The bakery on-site was such a treat, and the prosecco welcome was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch — so accommodating from start to finish. Another highlight was having access to the Volcano View Hotel just opposite (owned by the same group). The views there, especially during golden hour, were absolutely breathtaking — such a magical experience. Honestly, I loved every moment and would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Greece ✨"

Volcano View Hotel Santorini

"The check-in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes, and the wait staff was very courteous and helpful. The accommodation was neat and clean with 2 windows providing light and fresh air. The bed was comfortable. The road directly in front of hotel was extremely busy with traffic and very noisy. If you wanted to go for a walk, it would not be peaceful and much care needed to be taken to keep safe with all the traffic and narrow space to walk at some points on the road. The patio just outside the accommodation was very small, about 4 feet by 8ft. and offered very little privacy. The pool did have lounge chairs and umbrellas, but not that many. If you didn't go to the pool early enough, you would not get a lounge chair. The staff did not open the pool umbrellas. So, the guests needed to raise the umbrellas which was quite difficult since the locking pin was hard to insert, and much force was needed to push the umbrella up. The afternoon sun was very intense, and the umbrellas did not tilt to block the sun, so there was almost no place to sit with shelter from the sun. The pool area could have been cleaner, as there was an old, stained cigarette butt near the individual table and chewing gum stuck on the table on the lower flat surface."
