The host and reception were easy to communicate with. Although this is not the full service hotel if you were looking for that. This was mostly for a quiet stay and a convenience store and restaurant with a 5 minute walk with options to deliver at your room. The host also helped arrange for tour options and airport pickup and drop for us at an additional cost. "
