Incredible view! This was a trip highlight. The pool area was so fun. We got upgraded to a nice room with a little jacuzzi with a view of the caldera. Staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located around lots of shops and restaurants. Totally worth the money!

This is a fantastic hotel; the staff were all very friendly and helpful and responsive to all requests. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and tourist sites. The hotel is beautiful, perched on the cliff walls like all the others. The staff are what put it over the top though, polite and attentive, incredibly helpful setting up local transportation and accommodating us for an extra unexpected day after the ferries were all shut down for the day.

We like the property coz of its stunning view of the caldera, especially our Room (Junior Cave suite) with two windows that gave us more a very good view. The only thing that is very disturbing, especially at night are the loud music nearby the hotel. The hotel is very clean, staffs were pleasant, breakfast was very good, prepared at your own liking. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.
