"George, the house manager, was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. He really made the stay more memorable with his suggestions and information. I had the terrace room which had an unobstructed view of the caldera and stunning views of the sun setting behind Therasia Island. You'll want to walk down the stairs by the Kameni Bar (painted red) opposite the Metropolitan Church. From Fira bus stop, go up the cobbled street (5 min). Centrally located and yet isolated from the crowds because it's halfway down the caldera. Spacious cave rooms kept immaculately clean by George and the house staff."

Met the manager at check-in, very pleasant lady who paid attention to every detail. I saw her again twice during breakfast checking the buffet making sure everything was at its best. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "

"Great location in Fira. Clean room, great view of caldera from our balcony. Pool on the same level. Outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun lounges. Small fridge with minibar. Aircon but didn’t use. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bar of soap. Good hair dryer. John organised our taxi from airport and met us to help with suitcase. "

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."
