"Everything was outstanding. The room itself, the views, the outdoor terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each morning, all were great. The staff was wonderful. From information before we arrived, to providing information about the local sites, restaurants, and attractions, we never lacked for anything. A minor concern with the room was quickly addressed, extra towels, assistance with luggage when arriving and leaving, and more were all taken care of quickly. Wonderful hospitality and service."

"Beautiful hotel which is very well situated near to Thira which a 5-10 minute walk. The room are comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices. It has beautiful swimming pools and great facilities. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is right on the cliff facing the caldera. The view from the entrance of the hotel down to the lower ground is just spectacular. I was given a room at the very lowest level and so the going up and down was a challenge. I don't recommend it for people with weak knees. The rooms are big but with signs of aging. My room has a strange loft that is not accessible and I have to go to the upper level to close a window that is left open and where anyone from outside can use to go inside my room. Amenities basic. I got two sachet of body lotion and two small bar soap. They provide two complimentary slippers. There are drinks insode the fridge but it has a price. 1 Euro for a bottled water. They also have complimentary coffee inside the room. The continental breakfast they serve is good. The rooms have airconditioning and heating. Water in the faucet is not potable. Hot water in the shower is working. Wifi has a good signal. This hotel is located right at the center of Fira where you can find all the shops and restaurants. Also very close to the bus terminal. I may stay in this hotel again. "

"George, the house manager, was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. He really made the stay more memorable with his suggestions and information. I had the terrace room which had an unobstructed view of the caldera and stunning views of the sun setting behind Therasia Island. You'll want to walk down the stairs by the Kameni Bar (painted red) opposite the Metropolitan Church. From Fira bus stop, go up the cobbled street (5 min). Centrally located and yet isolated from the crowds because it's halfway down the caldera. Spacious cave rooms kept immaculately clean by George and the house staff."

"The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "
