They went above and beyond to make our stay smooth—assisting us with arranging car services and even helping coordinate a private tour of the island, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, our experience was truly wonderful. "The views were breathtaking, worth the climb to get in and out. The staff were warm, extremely friendly and helpful; they couldn’t do enough for us. They were gracious and generous."

"There is no pool and the registration desk always closed. Here are the major issues during our stay and I will not recommend this to anyone for this price 1) This is not a hotel and they don’t follow any hotel standards and they gave a key instead of swiping cards 2) No Heater inside the room and we end up sleeping with very cold 3) There is no hot water and we end up taking the shower with cold water and we skipped taking shower for one day … terrible experience 4) My bathroom light doesn’t work and he asked me to wait for morning to send the electrician but he never came 5) This is not a hotel and they just created 10-12 rooms in a small space , due to the same they didn’t follow the guidelines 6) They didn’t provided enough towels and Infact they didn’t gave a conditioner or soap and body lotion 7) There is no shower gel and they gave a small bottle which is done for 2 people itself for one day and we end up buying the soap and shower gel and shampoo 8) The hair dryer also doesn’t work and every 5-6 seconds it stops and it will not start again for a min or two 9) There is no parking at this facility but in the description they have mentioned there is a parking 10) Front desk agent also not friendly and he never available and always front desk is closed 11) There is no door for shower and it is pretty cold even to stand at the shower 12) overall we paid a lot for this hotel and it’s not worth staying here "

"Wonderful hotel. Very central to everything. Staff was knowledgeable on things to do. View for the sunsets was amazing. Walked to Oia from the hotel. "

"The villa we stayed at was beautiful, it was not far from town center or the airport. The receptionist tried calling and helping us with a tour but it was our fault, we didn't say anything the day before. Even with that everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. It was super relaxing and slow. The weather was beautiful, it was before tourists season. A lot of mosquitoes but that's life, all with coming to this place."
