Demetri and Martin are the BEST dynamic duo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were both so informative, friendly, and incredibly helpful especially while I was traveling with my 1-year-old Son . They truly made the experience welcoming and so much easier for us! The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and REALLY good, which was definitely a plus. Overall, we had such a great experience, and I will absolutely be back! 😊

The hotel was very nice, and the room was very beautiful with a heated pool. All staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, it was more of a tidy up. Which is nothing against the staff as I assume this is what they’re told to do. For a 5 star hotel at this price point, I would expect this. The breakfast was nice; but would like more variety. The same for lunch and dinner menu, it was nice but expensive for what it was. Especially with the surrounding area having limited options for food.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff, incredible room with private pool. It is outside of the main tourist areas and so it’s quiet and peaceful. (Although you have to get taxis everywhere which are very expensive) My only downside was breakfast - choice was minimal and service was slow. Lunch and dinner food made up for it!

The property is beautiful. Very spacious. The swimming pool is huge and water perfect temperature. However, the loungers and umbrellas were not enough. The hotel was clearly understaffed. Having said this, we had a lovely time and staff was very helpful and accommodating. I travel with my service dog and Cooper was warmly welcomed.

We booked a standard patio room at Nous for our 8 night stay in Santorini. The room description on the website stated that it had a courtyard view which also showed in the room photos. When we arrived the receptionist escorted us to the room. It was located on the backside of the resort and looked out onto a dried up field off the property. We ask the receptionist if we could move to a room with a view. She said that the resort was all booked and would look into changing the room. After 3 days, I asked at the desk about changing the room and they repeated that they would look into it which never happened. Also, the website stated that the rooms had soundproofing. The people above us were clomping back and forth on the floor until after 1 AM every night. I ended up using earplugs to sleep. Not the experience we were hoping for.

To die for

Simply outstanding - we highly recommend it to anyone, whether they are travelling with kids or just adults. We loved every moment (2 adults, 2 children, age 1,5 and 7).
