They were accommodating and very informative, not just about the hotel and our room itself but also the surrounding area and about what there was to see and do. They provided a nice breakfast every morning when we requested it. They helped us carry our bags to and from the room. We also had a great view from our room. "Check in was gracious, kind and informative. We were surprised with a bottle of wine, breakfast menus (completed the night before). Robes, slippers and a magnificent view from the second highest part of Santorini completed the most beautiful experience. After the ambience of the sunset we retreated to the hot tub later to find the most comfortable bed. 15 out of 10! We would go back in a heart beat. Thank you!!"

"Amazing hotel with everything you need in a most breathtaking location. We loved everything from the communication with the staff before and during our stay. We had the half board option which was convenient for us after a long day of travel and it was so nice sitting out for our breakfast as well. Selections were more than enough and the staff was great! Some days you have to pinch yourself when you walk out and see the views. The only thing we had to worry about was the hike down the many steps when it was raining but we managed to figure it out. One of the best parts was the location which was convenient for everything. Would most definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I was amazed at how beautiful the views from this hotel was. Quaint cute little hotel room. Clean. Staff was sooo nice. They gave me a blanket when they saw me watching the sunset and it was a little cold. Also brought me wine a one fruit free of charge! They were so helpful and kind. Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice area also."

"The hotel property and staff were excellent. The location was amazing and convenient. The room was very large and well equipped to accommodate 5-6 people very comfortably possibly more for a family with children. We rented a car from one of the local car agencies that was recommended by the hotel concierge and it was the best car rental company I have ever dealt with the car agent was super chill and delivered the car to the hotel and also even allowed us to drop it off at the airport for our 6am departure flight, they accepted credit card payment and the rate was 30 euros per day for 4 days including basic insurance, a car is highly recommended to see the entire island and convenience.. we went to Parissa beach every day and several times to Oia for dinner and sunset. There is a local bus and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but having the car was really the best way to go for us. We stayed in room 402 and it was perfect for us with the only small downside was that it did not have a clear unobstructed view of Caldera which was not a problem for us as we really only used the room for sleeping but wanted to mention that in case it is more of a priority for some people, I will say that the full Caldera and Mediterranean sunset views are only a few steps away from the front door of the room. Our breakfast was very good and included with the room it was delivered each morning. The 24 hour front desk staff was very friendly carried our luggage at 4am checkout!"
