Welcome to your retreat in El Poblado! This 30 sq. meter studio on the fifth floor offers mountain views and a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. The neighborhood is very peaceful, so the only hum you’ll hear is from the air conditioning. Enjoy amenities like a large-screen TV with streaming and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for solo travelers or couples. We ask guests to respect the calm surroundings and follow building guidelines.

REGISTRATION & GUESTS

MANDATORY REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, all guests must register with the doorman and provide a PHOTO ID.

COMPLETE YOUR CHECK-IN ONLINE: Before your arrival, you must fill out the check-in form on our website.
The form will require you to upload a PICTURE ID and provide basic information as required by Colombian law.

VISITOR REGISTRATION:

Visitors (overnight or not) MUST BE REGISTERED USING THE ONLINE FORM BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER INITIAL REGISTRATION.

UNREGISTERED VISITORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests and visitors must be over 18 unless they are immediate family members.

PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violations will result in a $500 USD FINE.
Keep noise levels reasonable to respect the neighbors.

SMOKING

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Violations will result in a $100 USD FINE.

AMENITIES

INITIAL SUPPLIES: Basic supplies are provided at check-in. Guests must replenish items that run out.

JACUZZI USE:

Cost: $13 USD per session, payable in advance via Airbnb.

SHARED CINEMA ROOM:

Cost: $7 USD per reservation, payable in advance via Airbnb.
