The location was supreme and the house was perfect for everyone with plenty of space and things to do - pool, air hockey, pool table. The rental company communication was clear and well timed. "Fantastic property, would highly recommend! One of the best layouts we’ve stayed in, the floor plan offers unique views (most important part of Fountain Hills is the views and this house has them all!) from every room and every level. Very accommodating host and excellent communication. "

"The pictures do not do the property justice regarding how spacious and impressive the house really is. It was the perfect layout for our corporate retreat. We converted the main living & dining area into a space where we could hold business meetings and used Airplay to project our presentations onto the TV (see photo). The rest of the house offered lots of space for individual privacy and also plenty to do during meeting down times. Property managers were very professional, extremely responsive to any queries and resolved any maintenance issues (only a few minor things) immediately. Highly recommend and will rent again."
